We close out another Patron’s Project in decadent style. Aurum Electum is the final beer with Billelis and takes the phrase Gold Edition very seriously.

This a richly textured and deeply hoppy 7.5 % DDH IPA. From a luxurious mix of New Zealand favourites Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, and an addition of fruit-boosting Phantasm, Aurum Electum is shining with white grape, lime and tropical fruit flavours.

Made in collaboration with Forager Brewery, to celebrate a recent visit for Dark & Wild, there’s nothing understated about this final release.
