Description

This beer smells like an Imperial Stout, looks like a whiskey and tastes like a sherry. Don`t put this bottle in the fridge, enjoy it flat as it comes out of the bottle in a nice whiskey glass, expect a new drinking experience. This Barley Wine has gone through very long fermentation and slow barrel aged maturation, it has no head, no carbonation. Dried fruits mixed with Madeira notes, added on a layer of wood flavours, hints of fresh red fruit, Honey-like dry sweetness.
