Baxbier - No Time Like Now

The Dutch beer world has been committed for years to raising funds for research into the terrible disease ALS. This year, we at Baxbier have made our kettles, knowledge, and expertise available to brew a fantastic beer together with no fewer than 80 other breweries, with the entire proceeds going to the ALS Netherlands Foundation.

This Dry Hopped Grape Ale is a refreshing beer fermented with 20% white grape must for a complex, fresh, tart, and fruity beer with a touch of sweetness and a hint of tannin. The beer is actually a hybrid between beer and wine, and to further emphasize this, we have dry-hopped it with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. This hop variety gives the beer even more notes of white grape, gooseberry, and mandarin.
