Description
For this Armagnac geuze, we blended lambikken from two small Armagnac barrels from Domaine Laballe, a nano Armagnac distillery from Paerleboscq, France. We aged two-and-a-half-year old lambikken for another good nineteen months before blending with some young lambik.
All brewing cereals used were sourced with farmers from Pajottenland.
