A fandom that pre-dates Polly’s – our head of sales Arron championed their work when he was helping to bring some of the first craft beer into our hometown of Mold – our friends from just north of Manchester were the first brewery we considered for this year’s birthday beers when we shared a festival space in a very snowy Helsinki in 2025.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eIntrigued by a discussion on the pastry\/smoothie sour style, and how Rivington had approached the style, we knew this was an area in which we had never really ventured as a brewery – with our policy in place of never trying anything unless we were working with a brewery experienced in the style, we wanted to plug into their knowledge and expertise after knowing we can make our own sours so much better with the right guidance.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eTaking inspiration from a fruits of the forest gateau, we’ve loaded this sour with no less than three quarters of a tonne of fruit, fresh hand-scraped Madagascan vanilla, and cacao nibs.
